All "ready-to-ship" pieces on The Outpost are made, with love, ahead of time. These pieces will be sent from the workshop within 3 business days after you've ordered.
Our "made-to-order" pieces are crafted just for you. From the moment your order is placed, we begin the process of creating your unique piece, and in about 3-4 weeks, it'll begin it's journey to you.
All orders are sent via USPS or UPS with included tracking number. You can choose which delivery system you prefer at checkout.
And yes, we will absolutely send your package internationally. Just know that we may try to stow ourselves away in your package so that we can get a little traveling in too. That and you will be responsible for any taxes/fees/duties included in the import process of your package (where applicable.)
Returns & Cancellations
Because of the demand on specific pieces at the time of the shop restocks, we typically do not offer cancellations.
Once a piece is claimed, that one of a kind product becomes unavailable to other customers. They then make their selection based on the availability of the remaining pieces (even if their first pick had already been claimed by you.) So in fairness to all of our customers, we do not offer returns or cancellations once the piece has been purchased.
However, we are happy to connect with you if your piece needs repairing or with any other questions about the product.
