Shipping, Payments & Returns
All pieces on The Outpost are made, with love, ahead of time. So instead of having to deal with long lead times, pieces will be sent within 3 business days after you've ordered.
All orders are sent via USPS or UPS with included tracking number. You can choose which delivery system you prefer at checkout.
And yes, we will absolutely send your package internationally. Just know that we may try to stow ourselves away in your package so that we can get a little traveling in too. That and you will be responsible for any taxes/fees/duties included in the import process of your package (where applicable.)
Returns & Cancellations
Because of the demand on specific pieces at the time of the shop restocks, we typically do not offer cancellations.
Once a piece is claimed, that one of a kind product becomes unavailable to other customers. They then make their selection based on the availability of the remaining pieces (even if their first pick had already been claimed by you.) So in fairness to all of our customers, we do not offer returns or cancellations once the piece has been purchased.
However, we are happy to connect with you if your piece needs repairing or with any other questions about the product.
Paying in Installments with Shop Pay
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.
